Looking ahead....

1. Will revert to more planning on the music.
2. Will definitely need to work out on the music for Christmas and Light-up.

I think PREPARATION ahead will save a lot of future frustrations.

The need for PRACTISE...
It was stated few weeks back that people cannot learn their parts if they don't show for practise.

Just as cantors need to PRACTISE their parts many many times to feel ready to go up there.

And soloists need to practise their solos.

And musicians need to PRACTISE and not just 'wink' it.

Ministry....
I definitely do not think ministry is volunteer work.
Neither should ministry be permitted to be sloppy.
