Halleluiah chorus is actually getting easier

After about 3 attempts to put the parts together, it is actually beginning to sound very decent:-)
Room for improvement....
We still need the strings, and trumpet, and timpanni!!!!
Ok hope and pray that the other stubborn JO will agree to collaborate.

Maybe it is the years of working together with all these superegos, it is not as bad as I half expected it.
Perhaps it is because now scc forms the largest contingent in the cc.
Previous years it used to be the rcc.
Even back when YJ was conducting, lcc was very strongly present.
This year, there was a dramatic drop of young adults, notably from the lcc.
But the mature voices lent better to the choice of halleluiah chorus.

I think it is also because we all love this piece. So the excitement is there when we sing it well.
