Just when we thought we had the assistant conductors sorted out....
ie, when the main conductor has to go for overseas posting, the assistant helps out.
And then the hitch arises when...
This person says 'don't want'
That person says 'don't want'
and then it becomes a rubik cube situation where we move one person, we move another person back, and .....it is a never ending round of musical chairs!
