I was surprised and saddened that combined choir these days seems less combined than in the past. As Scc is the anchoring choir this year, it is exciting that we'll be doing things with a different style than in the past. Meaning, it'll be less 'poppish' and more 'choral'.
We have great talents in the 7am, 11am.....
how come they are not coming forward to serve?
JP is by far the most supportive that I have seen.

2 weeks ago, I attended the 7am mass.
Choir was great.
The past week I attended the 9am mass.
Managed to snag their instrumentalist...who so willingly agreed to help to play for feast day.

This is a thought....
Fr. Erbin said in his homily yesterday, as Christians, "I participate in a history that is given to me."
Secular thinking would dictate that I write my own history.
How Christian is my thinking?
