Excellent idea to get lector to sing the sequence. Well done in getting the choir to go down to pianissimo....or else the poor tenor could not be heard!

2. Responsarial Psalm....
hmmmm.....guess I am going to keep my BIG MOUTH SHUT on this one.....even though I have a lot of thoughts on this.

3. Sermon...
That was a very good piece of sermon by Fr. Paul.
Proclaiming our faith by our lives.
I liked the part about going back to the basics on why did God create man....
I thought I heard that before in Fr. AA's sermon some years back. Guess they are both old school. I thought I heard that in my Primary one catechism book way back too, now that I come to think of it. Wonder if they still teach that at catechism anymore? Sure beats meditating at the reservoir!!!!

4. Line dancing!!!!....
Great idea. Er....looks like only the gals and the ladies are rejoicing. Guys don't like line dancing????

5. About that wedding on the 17th....
Well I am not going. Hear some musical chairs going on. Some pushing of responsibilities around. We really need to just set up a wedding crew to just do weddings so that the same people that are doing mass are not pulling their hair !!!!

Personally, I think weddings are a waste of the choir resources.
Then again, that is my pet peeve.
And no, nothing to do with poor evangelisation, or ministry .....and all that blackmailing stuff.
I am not going to feel guilty for airing my thoughts on this wedding business.
I totally enjoy playing for weddings of my friends.....
I don't play for stranger's weddings anymore......don't ask me why, I just don't.
No calling.

Let the people who feel that it is their calling go and do that.
