Lots of people not around this weekend. Cow mommy, Mag and Cow mommy's namesake helped to conduct.

Simple hymns....
Well we could view the simple hymns as boring.
I think they are beautiful, simply for its simplicity.
I am not talking about the cheesy pieces.....like the mass is ended.
Well this weekend we did

• Take my hands
• Peace for our times
• Trinity song

The pipe organ actually lends itself very beautifully to this type of pieces. The music is monophonic with much room for the organ to add variations. I've heard this done, but am working on doing it myself....yep, we sometimes chicken out last minute and stick to the safe chords rather than attempting any fancy finger works.

And so I heard that the bride was half hour late? Yep, I was not there and even I heard about it....So I asked oh my darling about that. Turned out the bride left her bouquet at home.
Did you know that the wedding can still go on very well without that DARN bouquet????
Of course here I am tsk tsk about this whole thing.....priorities at wrong places, keeping the priest waiting, lack of respect for other people's time, tardiness for the wrong reason......then again, sigh.....I am not the bride....so cannot comment what went on in her head.
