dealing with logistics

I guess with one week to go, some major players are getting edgy:
worry about people showing up
worry about sound systems
worry about lighting
worry that there be no mechanical or technical cork-ups......I'm most worried about this.
worry about that $16800 instrument....

though....some things can be prepared ahead:
eg. PRACTISE....
yep even for the organist that never practises for mass is going to practise for this:-)

eg. moderating our expectations....
I realise that there are a lot of perfectionists here.....well at least in the music com, already I can name 3!!!!
Then again, we won't be doing music if we are not perfectionists.

eg. being alert...
We've boo booed during mass and cover it quite well....hey, we can do it again...if die die we have to. Right????
